There are over 227,000 food insecure individuals residing within Riverside County, almost 10% of the population.  About 100,000 of those are children.


This means that 1 out of every 10 individuals has difficulty getting their next meal.


Community Mission of Hope provides an integral service in the fight against hunger--providing individuals and families a resource for food sustainability.

CMOH's 2019 impact
  • 35 households were prevented from homelessness

  • 5,607 Households Helped

  • 12,216 Individuals received food through CMOH

  • 3,160 Clients were helped by CMOH Case Managers

  • 21,813 Volunteer hours were given

  • 722 Clients signed up for Food Bank services

  • 705,826 Pounds of Food distributed through CMOH


We will empower our clients to become self-sufficient by providing food and resources for shelter, employment and healthcare through a collaborative, united network of community partners and volunteers.
